My name is Henrik Pernsteiner. I have worked several years as a natureguide. I am also a kayak instructor and I have been leading tours and training leaders for the Swedish Outdoor Association. Over the years I have taken several relevant classes and courses ranging from kayaking and hiking to first aid. The foundation to my expertise comes from experience. The days I have spent with my backpack, in the kayak or backcountry skiing, doing what I love - being outdoors.
